Shipping Information

We ship across Pakistan and internationally. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your Mona J products arrive in perfect condition.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Saturday). Orders placed after 3 PM PKT or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Standard Delivery — Pakistan (3–5 Business Days)

Free for orders over PKR 5,000. Flat rate of PKR 200 for orders under PKR 5,000.

Delivered via TCS, Leopards Courier, or Pakistan Post. Available to all major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.

Remote areas: Delivery to rural or remote areas may take 5–7 business days.

Express Delivery — Pakistan (1–2 Business Days)

Available for PKR 400. Orders placed before 12 PM PKT are dispatched same day.

Express delivery is available in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi only. Delivered via TCS Overnight or Leopards Overnight service.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. A COD fee of PKR 50 applies to all COD orders. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Note: COD is not available for orders above PKR 15,000. Please use online payment for higher value orders.

International Shipping (7–14 Business Days)

We ship internationally to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA, Canada, and other select countries.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: All international orders include tracking.


Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions:

  • Products must be at least 75% full
  • Must be in original packaging
  • Not applicable to sale items or gift cards
How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Email us at support@monajhair.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Step 3: Ship the product back (we provide a return label for Pakistan orders). For COD orders, refund is processed via bank transfer.

Step 4: Refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

Want a different product? We're happy to exchange. Contact us and we'll arrange the swap — we cover the shipping for exchanges within Pakistan.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost — no return required.
